Tolling on Liberty Bridge begins, including “tolling industry first” – free tolling for City of Bay City residents until 2028. June 2023

Walk-in Customer Service Center opens at 300 Center Avenue, Suite 101, to serve customers opening and maintaining BC-PASS accounts or paying invoices. A toll-free call center is also added. February 2023

Tolling begins on Independence Bridge. Construction was completed in one year, and all four lanes reopened to traffic in late December 2024. City of Bay City residents driving a Class 1 vehicle will enjoy free tolling on Indy until 2030.Jaunary 2025
